Tools
Hand of Blacksmith
Removes socketed gems from equipment, destroying the gem but preserving the item.
| Property | Value |
|---|---|
| Rarity | Common |
| Tradeable | Yes |
| Use | Remove gem from socket |
Once a gem is socketed, it cannot be removed normally. The Hand of Blacksmith is the only way to remove a socketed gem. The gem is destroyed in the process, but the equipment remains intact with an empty socket ready for a new gem.

Hand of Forgemaster
Transforms a Standard quality item into Prestige quality.
| Property | Value |
|---|---|
| Rarity | Very Rare |
| Tradeable | Yes |
| Use | Upgrade Standard → Prestige |
The Hand of Forgemaster is one of the rarest items in Arcania. It adds the Prestige Identity Stat to any Standard quality equipment piece, effectively transforming it into a Prestige drop.
Acquisition Sources:

| Dominion boss events | Very Rare |
Warning
The Hand of Forgemaster is consumed on use. Use it only on equipment you plan to keep long-term - ideally Tier 5 items with excellent random stat rolls.
Note
The Prestige stat added matches the slot's Prestige Identity Stat at maximum value for that tier. A Tier 5 weapon gains +45 Prestige Damage, a Tier 5 Chest gains +2.5 Prestige HP Regen, etc.
